CLARKSVILLE – Throughout the summer, Clarksville City Council had several rounds of discussion regarding the current chicken ordinance within city limits. However, the council has decided not to move forward.

According to City Clerk Molly Bohlen, council members spent time considering whether the city’s ordinance should be amended to permit chickens and, at one point, discussed the possibility of allowing ducks as well.
