PARKERSBURG – Coming in the next few weeks, Parkersburg residents, and others throughout Butler County, will have a new, more convenient way to redeem bottles and cans without waiting in line.

The City of Parkersburg has announced that a Droppett redemption depot is expected to open in late July at 501 Second St., on the south side of the former fire station.
