NEW HARTFORD – The New Hartford City Council met in special session June 24 and approved a fiscal year 2025-26 budget amendment following a public hearing. No tax increase is associated with the amendment.

The amendment increases total city revenues by $74,642, bringing the fiscal year total to $883,469. Total expenditures increase by $43,999 to $811,262, resulting in an ending fund balance of $678,462.
