SHELL ROCK — Residents can expect several visible improvements around Shell Rock after action taken during the Aug. 4 City Council meeting, including completed repairs to the community's storm siren, finished renovations to the Boyd Building and plans for new sidewalk projects that could improve pedestrian access throughout town.
